Flying Foxes

In downtown Sydney there is a huge population of "Grey Headed Flying Foxes" the largest bat in Australia. It has a wingspan of over 1 metre and it also has a diet of pollen, nectar and fruit. The colony is over 22,000 strong at the Royal Botanical Gardens. The scariest thing is the closer you get to them, the louder their screaming gets !!!
